Thanks Mama - Happy Mothers Day

You brought me into a brand new world. New wonders to behold. Daddy himself, could not believe. He'd Fathered five young girls. I have been told I was unique, though personally I think not. For two more girls followed me and that is quite a lot.
You taught me things I'll not forget. How to treat my fellow man. To treat others others less fortunate with respect and care; to try and follow the golden rule. Standards I haven't always kept. But not because of you.
You said when I was young and foolish, that work would make me strong. Maybe not in stature, but in heart, mind and bone. A lesson that has bode me well, now that I am grown.
I watched you struggle throughout your life to give us what you thought was best. Though it wasn't much in time of trial, I would have settled for far less. To have you here, meant so much; though I wasn't always near.
So thank you Mama, for all you did to make our lives worthwhile. I hope somehow we've made you proud, though your not here to see. Still your forever in our thoughts wherever you may be.
