Who holds my heart? YOU!

You hold my heart, in the palm of your hands. You make it beat with a love that transcends. Time. Space. Laughter. Pain. It's you that makes me free to see the wonderful things the world holds for me. You hold my heart in the palm of your hands.

I was lost, lonely, broken and spent. My heart had been shattered by a life misspent. You came along and picked me up, turned me around. Established my life on a foundation grounded. No longer was I just a scrap on the wind. I now had a purpose, reborn again.

Because you took my heart, held it firm in your hands; now I have everything I need and want. Because of you.
